Tomorrow will be the first offical day of working toward my weight loss goal. I want to be down to 130lbs by June 1st. I will be taking Conjugated linoleic acid and multi-vitamins daily. I will also reducing my calorie intake as we as working out. Each day I hope to record my weight, how I feel, and some fun healthy recipes I've been trying along the way. My starting weight is 160lbs, only 30lbs to go!
